Renner Architects, the developers of the highly successful Waterfront Condominium project, have developed a new condominium project on Milwaukee's premiere waterfront site - the Hansen Storage facility located at 601 E. Erie Street in the Historic Third Ward (effectively the end of the Milwaukee River just southwest of the Summerfest grounds).

The project consists of 2 - 80 unit buildings, along with a marina, a fabulous swimming pool and clubhouse that is perched out over the Milwaukee River, and commercial/retail space fronting E. Erie Street. This site is Milwaukee's premiere waterfront site because of the views out over the harbor, the river and Lake Michigan, and because it is a uniquely peaceful and quiet area (especially for being so close to downtown), and because of its southwesterly orientation.

  • ACOUSTIC SEPARATION The Harbor Front has been designed to provide the best acoustic separation between units that we can possibly offer. The walls between the units are solid 12" reinforced concrete. The structural floors are constructed of 12" precast concrete planks. In addition, hardwood floors float above an acoustical mat.
  • LOCATION The Harbor Front is unquestionably thee premiere river front location in Milwaukee. The Harbor Front is just a few blocks from the heart of the Historic Third Ward. The lakefront in front of Summerfest, which is just one block away, is currently being converted into a spectacular State park named Lake Shore State Park. It is a very secure location and the orientation of the site and the building is perfect with units that face the lake having full sunlight until about 2:00 PM and units that face the river having full sunlight from 2:00 PM on.
  • BOAT SLIPS boat slips are available to The Harbor Front occupants to rent or purchase. More importantly, The Harbor Front's boat slips are located immediately adjacent to the main channel and the outer harbor - there are no bridges to open for tall boats or sail boats in order to get onto the lake. Imagine - you get home at 4:30, by 4:45 you are on your boat, and by 5:00 PM you are on the open water of Lake Michigan while some other guy is driving up to Rhinelander.
